Elementary 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician in Raleigh, NC

This rewarding position offers the chance to work directly with students across elementary, middle, and high school settings, providing essential 1:1 behavioral support services.


What We're Looking For:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Current licensure required for practice
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school environments
• Background in providing 1:1 support for students with diverse behavioral needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff
• Adaptability to serve students at elementary, middle, and high school levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral intervention services to individual students as outlined by Behavior Intervention Plans
• Accurately record and track student data to measure progress and inform instructional decisions
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and other support personnel to foster a positive learning environment
• Attend team meetings and participate in the development and review of student plans
• Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding student goals and progress
• Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times
