What We Offer: Financial Rewards: Competitive base annual salary + quarterly bonus opportunities. Work-Life Balance: Target weekly billable expectation of 25-30 hours and flexible non-billable hours Manageable Caseloads: Average caseload size of (6–10) clients. Work Modality: Hybrid (clinic, home, and community-based services) in Maryland and Virginia Flexibility: True hybrid model with approximately up to 50% in-person; up to 50% telehealth when clinically appropriate. Travel Requirements: Up to a 30‑mile radius Work Schedule 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility Retention Incentive: $1,200 annually Phone Allowance: $600 annually Paid Time Off: 15 business days annually Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Professional Growth: approved courses, conferences, and license renewals, free internal CEU events, and clear leadership advancement tracks. Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement ($3,000 annually). Type of Agreement; Flexible (W2 or 1099 contract) What You’ll Do As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality, ethical, and family-centered ABA services. Clinical Leadership: Conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and use data-driven insights to guide meaningful client progress. Team Mentorship: Provide ongoing, constructive field supervision, modeling, and coaching to our RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Family Collaboration: Build strong, empathetic partnerships with caregivers, providing them with practical, real-world parent training strategies. Compliance & Care: Ensure all clinical documentation, progress reports, and authorizations meet BACB, HIPAA, and payer standards. What We’re Looking For Current certification as a BCBA in good standing. Current Virginia and/or Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (or eligibility to obtain it immediately). Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and overseeing comprehensive clinical programming. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and a passion for clinical excellence.
