Talent Corps is hiring experienced Commercial & Industrial Painters for long-term opportunities with the potential to become Permanent.
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX 76155
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday
1ST SHIFT: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
JOB SUMMARY
The Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of interior and exterior building surfaces. This position performs painting, surface preparation, touch-up work, and coating applications to keep facilities safe, functional, and visually appealing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Prepare surfaces by scraping sanding, patching, and cleaning
- Apply paint, stains, primers, sealers, and protective coatings
- Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Apply primers and sealers to prepared surfaces
- Clean and organize work areas after completing projects
- Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
- Work toward and complete facility team goals
- Follow all company safety policies and required PPE guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of commercial, industrial, or facility painting experience
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
