As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCompiles a list of items to be counted.Completes physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis.Resolves inventory issues in a timely mannerResearch inventory discrepancies, including variancesPerforms inventory computer transactions in the appropriate business software.Adheres to all safety procedures / standards within the course of performing job tasks.Performs other duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsMust be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb throughout the day.Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per dayMust be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.Must be able to learn and follow company procedures and work instructions consistently.Must be able to work in extreme temperaturesWhy Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
