Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for Packing Associate positions. In this role, you will help assemble, inspect, and package pet beds while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities- Assemble, inspect, and pack pet beds according to production requirements.

• Check finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.

• Read and follow work orders, instructions, and packaging specifications.

• Prepare, organize, and move materials and finished products.

• Safely operate pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic reading and math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Ability to follow all workplace safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements- Frequently lift and handle items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Occasionally push racks weighing up to 200 pounds.

• Safely maneuver pallet jack loads weighing up to 1,500 pounds.

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
