Job Description
Title: Nursing Assistant - Long-Term Care

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- 1+ year current experience
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- New Hampshire LNA License
- Must be willing to float where experienced
- Must have own transportation
- All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and cannot exceed 5 days
- Covid Vaccination Required (Declinations/Exemptions not accepted)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver basic nursing and restorative care under the supervision of licensed personnel.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and skin care treatments according to facility protocols.
- Support residents in ambulation, movement, and activities related to nutrition and bodily waste.
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and residents, responding to emergency situations as per policy.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information while complying with established nursing standards.
- Encourage resident participation in their care according to their optimal physical and mental functioning.
