Real Estate Investor Relations - Vice President

We are partnered with a leading institutional real estate investor, looking to recruit a Vice President into their Investor Relations team. We are looking for candidates with strong project management experience, and knowledge of real estate strategies (equity & debt). This is not a fundraising position. Key Responsibilities Own the coordination and preparation of quarterly investor reports, presentations and marketing materials Prepare custom qualitative and quantitative responses for prospective investors performing due diligence Provide ongoing support for existing investors Prepare Annual Investor Meeting presentations Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm on cross-platform initiatives Key Requirements Previous experience in a related field within real estate (e.g. investor relations, investment banking, private capital advisory) Previous IR experience strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint High degree of attention to detail Experience in managing, updating and analyzing large quantities of financial data #J-18808-Ljbffr Gresham Executive
