This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of high-speed production lines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a Process Engineer and a Production Line Leader, overseeing maintenance for 1-2 lines and supervising a team of four technicians. Your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of maintenance strategies, enhancing equipment uptime and overall operational success./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliEvaluate and prioritize work orders and maintenance notifications promptly within a 24-hour timeframe./liliOrganize and maintain an up-to-date work order backlog for effective reporting and tracking./liliFacilitate daily maintenance meetings to review tasks, realign priorities, and adjust plans as necessary./liliCoordinate scheduled downtime to incorporate preventive maintenance tasks and manage work orders effectively./liliPlan and schedule weekly and monthly maintenance activities in alignment with the annual maintenance plan./liliCollaborate with the line leadership team to optimize line startup, shutdown, and major interventions./liliEnsure all technical documentation related to maintenance is accurate and current./liliDevelop One Point Lessons (OPLs) and provide training to production team members on essential maintenance tasks./liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate reliability and drive continuous improvement./liliSupport initiatives such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Breakdown Elimination (BDE), Centerlining (CL), and Clean-Inspect-Lubricate (CIL)./liliLead improvement planning based on trends and data related to equipment performance./liliImplement equipment design changes in accordance with Change Management protocols./liliCollaborate with the storeroom to manage parts inventory, usage, and obsolescence tracking./liliEngage in vendor acceptance testing, providing design feedback for new equipment./liliAct as a subject matter expert in developing plant maintenance systems./liliEnsure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and compliance standards./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliProven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing setting, preferably in food beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG)./liliComprehensive understanding of preventive and autonomous maintenance systems./liliProficiency in maintenance planning, work order management, and continuous improvement methodologies./liliStrong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaborative teamwork./liliAbility to analyze KPIs and maintenance metrics to facilitate improvements./liliFamiliarity with CMMS systems, equipment documentation, and technical schematics./li/ulh3Compensation Benefits:/h3ulliCompetitive base salary, ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 based on experience./liliOpportunity for performance-based bonuses./liliComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness programs, and paid time off./li/ul/div
