Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Assignment Details: Start Date: June 1

Requirements:

• Relevant license
• Certifications as required
• Experience in a mental health setting preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients with mental health needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.
• Educate patients and families about mental health resources and coping strategies.
