Corporate Paralegal

Reporting directly to senior counsel, this individual will manage the full lifecycle of vendor and third‑party contracts , assist with the corporate governance and board documentation , and help streamline legal and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and track vendor and service agreements Manage contract Support contract negotiation and compliance processes Support deployment and implementation of the firm’s upcoming Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform ; help streamline contract and vendor processes.
