Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and develop individualized care plans for patients with physical functioning or wound care needs
• Administer treatments including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families, caregivers, and team members
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Support and supervise rehabilitation aides, students, or assistants as needed
• Maintain all documentation compliant with regulatory standards and facility policies

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• 2+ years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care
