System Engineer, Controls Systems Engineering

Salary: $104,500 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or similar
• Strong experience working with Linux systems

• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to support critical infrastructure systems
• Maintain the operational health of services by troubleshooting deployment failures and creating infrastructure as code
• Design and develop scripts to automate operational tasks while ensuring code maintainability, scalability, and security
• Operate and diagnose complex problems within distributed systems
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and address issues at their source
