Statement of Work — Civil Engineer - Land Development EI Full-service multi-disciplined firm in Longwood, FL. Certified Engineer Intern, 0‑4 years experience. Large firm project diversity in modest individualized environment. Experience Requirements Project Coordination Understanding of general Civil Engineering design principles Construction Document preparation for competitive construction bidding a plus Experience in Site Geometry, Utility Services, Site Grading, Storm Drainage, Stormwater Management, Stormwater Pollution Prevention, Local Agency Code Analysis a plus Qualifications BS Civil Engineering from ABET accredited institution 1‑4 years experience, EI License required AutoCAD, MicroStation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads a plus Proficiency in Excel; ICPR, WaterCad, AutoTurn a plus Responsibilities Perform civil site facility analysis and design Prepare conceptual designs, final design and construction plans under direction of Engineer of Record Perform engineering calculations in support of civil engineering design Assemble construction and permit documents including plans and reports Preparation of applications and forms for plan approvals and permitting Provide engineering support during construction Coordination with in-house and out-of-office team members #J-18808-Ljbffr David Joseph & Company
