Partner with Product, Engineering, Software Services, Customer Success, and business leaders to align technical execution with customer needs and business priorities. Lead planning across teams by translating ambiguous goals into clear workstreams, sequencing, ownership, and measurable outcomes. Drive technical and business tradeoff discussions, ensuring decisions are made with the right context, urgency, and stakeholder alignment.
