Job Title: Python Developer
Location: NYC
Job Type: Full-Time
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between systems.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to store and manage data efficiently.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to create high-quality software.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance performance.
- Implement security and data protection solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Python technologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in machine learning, data analysis, or automation.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue) is a plus.
- Prior experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud computing.
