We are exclusively representing a multi-billion dollar private equity firm hiring the #2 in the Tax Department.
The firm has around $20Bn in assets under management:
- Outsourced tax function that reviews the work Big 4 service provider prepares. Will get involved in analysis of portfolio investments
- Help structure deals for acquisitions and dispositions
- Stable, pedigreed firm that has a successful track record
- Amazing quality of life with very low turnover. Culture of the firm can be described as nice, collegial, strategic and collaborative
- Build out tax function with multiple team members. The Head of Tax is brilliant and an excellent mentor
- Hybrid opportunity
Compensation:
- Compensation is budgeted for 300-500k all-in
- Benefits are free for employees
