Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the commercial team.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Schedule meetings and support senior sales team members throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM platforms.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Research market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements

• Approximately 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Account Management, Customer Success, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivation to build a successful career in sales.
• Confident engaging with prospective clients and building relationships.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience using CRM tools is advantageous but not essential.
• An interest in sports and igaming is essential for this role
• 3 days in office per week and ability to travel to industry events across the US when required

Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 USD
