Clinical Performance Coordinator

LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Performance Coordinator to support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives across our regional health system. In this role, you will collect and analyze clinical and operational data, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and care teams. You will help implement evidence-based process improvements, coordinate audits and regulatory readiness, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes in patient-centered, community-focused care. This position supports ongoing education, innovation, and continuous improvement across multiple care settings.
