Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- Greater Baltimore Market

Job Overview This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position may also involve the provision of residential mortgage loans, requiring SAFE Act registration and compliance. Responsibilities Triaging client leads and making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend appropriate products. Building financial plans with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions that align with client goals and needs. Recommending banking and investment strategies that match client financial objectives. Mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities. Identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Maintaining SAFE Act registration and completing required background checks; failure to comply may result in disciplinary action up to termination. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined management of time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset with the ability to prioritize client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Learning agility and adaptation to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification. Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills Client experience, branding, client solutions, advisory. Employment Details Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Pay: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set.
