As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Role in Mays Landing NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while supporting store personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor entrances parking areas and perimeter noting unusual activity and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Monitor access points observe customer and employee activity and help to deter theft trespassing and/or policy violations through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Document incidents routine activities and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
