Sales Representative

Randstad has partnered with an organization to assist with finding a Sales Representative motivated to grow their customer base. This position is ideal for candidates who are driven by results, enjoy working both in the field and the office, and want a great earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

salary: $47,000 - $50,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by canvassing assigned territories, tracking real estate activity to identify new homeowners, and enrolling residential and small commercial energy customers.

• Actively qualify and convert company-generated leads, inbound inquiries, and customer referrals into long-term accounts.

• Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and local networking functions to expand brand presence and build industry relationships.

• Partner closely with internal service and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Effectively prioritize daily activities and manage time in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment to hit performance goals.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; prior sales experience preferred, though motivated candidates will receive full training and coaching.

• Self-motivated and adaptable professional with great communication, relationship-building, and collaborative team-player abilities.

• Comfortable utilizing smartphones, sales apps, and modern technology, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and a driving record that meets company motor vehicle standards.
