Build and manage your own agency, including the opportunity to bring on staff for general administrative duties and sales support. Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies set by Shelter. Maintain financial responsibilities for any outstanding bills owed through departure, such as advertising contracts, telephone bills, and utilities. Qualifications Motivated attitude and strong entrepreneurial spirit. Skilled in effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere. Experience in sales and/or a degree with general business coursework is helpful but not required. No capital or assets required to begin; Shelter does not provide loans or sell agencies. Experienced agents typically transition from backgrounds such as real estate, retail sales, education, or coaching. Additional Information Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
