Responsibilities: • • Engage with customers face to face, to understand their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions. • Guide homeowners through the solar system selection process, ensuring clarity and confidence in their choices. • Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure consistency and transparency. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, empowering them to make informed decisions. • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the renewable energy sector. • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse groups of people. • Proven track record of problem-solving and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. • Familiarity with solar energy systems or a willingness to learn quickly. • Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and building lasting relationships. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
