In this role, you will support a variety of end-users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for computers, networks, and other devices. Duties and Responsibilities Provisioning & Configuration : Set up and configure client machines, following company standards Technical Support : Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and applications Inventory Management : Meticulously track, manage, and organize IT equipment inventory Ticket Management : Create, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner User Assistance : Respond to end-user inquiries and deliver timely service and solutions User Account Management : Administration of user accounts for internal and external systems User Onboarding and Offboarding : Timely delivery of onboarding and offboarding tasks Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and resolving client issues Customer Service : Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Technical skills : Experience working with Active Directory, M365, Windows, macOS, VPN, Remote Management and Monitoring tools (RMM), Client Patch Management, End‑Point Protection, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Slack) and Ticket Management (Jira). Familiarity with any Linux distribution is a plus Networking Fundamentals : Understanding of networking concepts, including cabling, OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. Advanced level knowledge a plus Problem‑Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex issues and apply appropriate troubleshooting techniques using available resources Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly document issues and resolutions.
