Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience in IBM FileNet Testing and exposure to test automationAt least 4 years of experience in Functional Testing in IBM FileNet and Case ManagerAt least 4 years of experience in test case creation and test executionAt least 2 years of Combined experience in automation tools viz. Selenium, Cucumber, and UFTWorking Experience with Health Insurance domainAbility to work in team environment and client interfacing skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentExcellent analytical and client interfacing skillsHas worked in test lead roles requiring taking care of lead activities in all phases of projects, building and mentoring teamsHave proven the ability to be an independent and team player in all aspects of project life cycleExperience in the following:Requirement analysis and interaction with Business Clients for clarifications Creation of Test Strategy based on RequirementsCollaborate with Project Manager; provide input into Project Planning activities for testing related tasksCreate and maintain deliverable's and test plans for release, review with all stakeholders and obtain necessary sign-offsParticipate in Scrum meetings and provide status to PMs/Scrum Master and management on TestingCollaborate with tech leads, release management to get environments ready for TestingEnsures Testing standards are followedReview and maintain Requirement traceability Matrix (RTM)Run smoke testing to ensure code deployment to testing environmentsParticipate in defect resolution including attending defect coordination meetings and assigning defects to a teamPro-actively analyze current processes and practices and suggest/ drive improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
