Information Security Human Risk Analyst II

Cencora seeks an Information Security Human Risk Analyst II to coordinate security awareness programs, including training deployments, simulated phishing campaigns, and onboarding initiatives. The role involves creating behavior-focused learning materials, managing program documentation, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to strengthen employee security practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy recurring and targeted security training campaigns, including audience validation, communications, and completion monitoring
• Support simulated phishing campaign operations from planning through results review and follow-up reinforcement
• Manage assigned Human Risk workstreams such as onboarding, role-based training, and manager communications
• Draft clear, behavior-focused communications, job aids, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
• Collect, organize, and maintain audit-ready documentation; track milestones, risks, and provide stakeholder status updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Communications, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in security awareness, training operations, communications, or program coordination
• Proficiency with phishing platforms, LMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
• Strong written communication skills with ability to translate technical information into plain language
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team environments
