• Can you orchestrate order flow, shipping execution, and labor planning to hit aggressive lead times?
• Do you lead with Lean, Gemba, visual management, and Kaizen—not as initiatives, but as the way work gets done?

About FlexScreen/RiteScreen

We are the largest screen manufacturer in the U.S. Our eCommerce & Aftermarket business is our fastest-growing strategic priority—with direct visibility to executive leadership. We make and ship under one roof, and this role runs that flow for our direct-to-consumer channels.

The challenge you’ll own

• End-to-end value stream leadership: Daily production and labor planning, marketplace fulfillment, order prioritization, shipping execution, and delivery performance.
• Economics as a scoreboard: Lead time and fulfillment cost are the battleground—your improvements translate directly to sales.
• Consumer-grade quality: Define the bar and partner with Engineering and Packaging to embed it into product and process.
• Culture builder: Lead Gemba walks, coach front-line leaders, and create a continuous improvement ecosystem.
• Team leadership: Hire, workforce-plan, cross-train, and develop talent.

What you must have

• Manufacturing leadership (required) with measurable results.
• E-commerce or D2C fulfillment (required) including marketplace operations (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or comparable) or consumer order flow.
• Lean/CI leadership with hands-on implementation.
• Analytical rigor across production metrics, backlog management, and decision-making.
• Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Cross-functional presence with Operations, Engineering, Packaging, Product Development, and Aftermarket.
