Staff Attorney - Remote

We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Attorney to join our national law firm, a leading law firm in Albuquerque. This can be done remotely from anywhere in New Mexico and is direct hire with a full benefits package. As a Staff Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise to our clients. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and execution. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations affecting our clients. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the NM state bar and in good standing. 1+ years of experience working as an Associate or similar role in a law firm. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
