LPN/RN Contract Nurse - Aspire Senior Living Joplin

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Missouri

• Experience working in long-term care or similar setting
