Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
• Prepare meals, manage household tasks, and assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage independence and participation in activities and hobbies
• Maintain accurate records of care and services provided
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare or caregiving (on-the-job training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
