Job Description:
This assignment requires a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist with a wide level of experience in ortho, neuro, vascular, etc. Candidates that lack a full breadth of current experience will not receive consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Work 40 hours/week in four 10-hr shifts or five 8-hr shifts
- Participate in call rotation approximately every 5th weekend and 1-2 times per week
- Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe
- Potential holiday call rotation required based on patient census and staffing
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
- BLS required
- CST preferred but not required
- Excellent critical thinking and knowledge of central processing and instrumentation required
