Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments effectively, utilizing our integrated calendar system to keep all client interactions organized.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a thriving work culture that prioritizes client success and therapist satisfaction.

• Engage in comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans in alignment with their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals of all age ranges, from children to seniors, each presenting unique challenges and perspectives. You will address a variety of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. A commitment to cultural competency and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all clients is paramount in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Social Work or related field, with valid LCSW licensure to practice independently in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
