Onsite Property Finance & Community Coordinator

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee and manage financial and operational aspects of an apartment community. You will perform accounting tasks, process invoices, collect rents, deposits, and fees, manage bank reconciliations, and use Yardi/OneSite to record financial activity. Responsibilities include resolving delinquencies, processing move-outs, and supporting leasing activities.
