Business Immigration Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney in Missoula, MT. Remote work from Arizona or Colorado will be considered. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Duties Handle H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3 visa matters and dependent applications. Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, and EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 petitions. Conduct adjustment of status filings and consular processing. Ensure I-9 compliance and manage waivers. Assist with U.S. naturalization and family-based immigration cases. Engage in humanitarian program applications. Requirements Over four years of relevant immigration law experience. Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community. Experience in consular processing and I-9 compliance preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed attorney in good standing. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Benefits Health insurance.
