Be Heard: Share your ideas and help shape the way we work through improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings Job Description A Day in the Life Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team Observe, assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress Administer medications and treatments according to care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards Qualifications What’s Required Licensed RN in the State of Michigan Experience in Emergency Department preferred Additional Information Full-Time: 36 hours/week - 3 12's Schedule - Night Shift 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Every Third Weekend Rotation This position is eligible for a $18,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare! *Terms and conditions apply.
