• Research travel options and availability using approved booking and supplier platforms
• Help ensure reservations and itinerary details are accurate and properly documented
• Provide responsive support and solutions tailored to individual client needs
• Monitor and assist with booking updates, schedule changes, and travel-related requests
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reservation information
