Brian Harris - State Farm is looking for motivated Entry Level Insurance Sales Closers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and turning qualified opportunities into successful sales.

You'll work with pre-qualified appointments generated by our Appointment Setters, allowing you to focus on what you do best—understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing business.

What You'll Do

• Connect with pre-qualified prospects through phone and video conversations.

• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customers' insurance needs and goals.

• Present State Farm insurance products and explain coverage options clearly.

• Build trust and rapport with prospective customers.

• Answer questions and confidently address customer concerns and objections.

• Guide customers through the application and closing process.

• Follow up with prospects to help move opportunities toward a decision.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

• Work closely with Appointment Setters to ensure a smooth transition from appointment to close.

• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license .

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are a major plus. .

Previous sales, customer service, retail, or insurance experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Base + Commission opportunity designed to reward your performance.

• $70,000–$110,000 expected annual earning potential

• Base salary plus commission
