Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for a FLEX Facility Security Officer in Coralville, Iowa! Starting Pay: $19.10 an hour. Hours: Various Hours of Open Shifts Requirements / Duties Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Disciplined to stay off personal phone. Ability to walk extended periods of time (roughly 8-10 miles a shift). Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license / reliable transportation. Pass Iowa Department of Public Safety / FBI Background check. Pass pre-employment 4-panel drug screen. Interact with the public/staff in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations. Detail oriented and aware of surroundings at all times. Available to cover vacant shifts (overtime).
