LaCourse Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury / Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an opportunity to be more than just a support role—you'll be a vital part of a litigation team that is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients facing some of life's toughest challenges.
In this role, you'll work closely with experienced attorneys, take ownership of complex cases, and help drive matters from filing through resolution. Your attention to detail, initiative, and litigation expertise will directly impact the success of our clients and our firm.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Maintain court deadlines and attorney calendars
- Review and summarize medical records, discovery responses, and case documents
- Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, witness files, and hearing materials
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
- Support settlement negotiations and case resolution efforts
Salary: Based on experience (Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year)
