Schedule/Hours:

• Typical med-surg rotations
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:4, 1:5, or 1:6, based on acuity and staffing

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least one year of recent med-surg nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with telemetry is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a 45-bed med-surg unit
• Monitor and document patient progress, administering medications and treatments per facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support best patient outcomes
