Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

What They're Looking For A well-rounded carpenter with strong experience in:
- Drywall patching, finishing, and repairs
- Interior painting (brush, roller, and sprayer)
- Finish carpentry including trim, baseboards, casing, and doors
- Door hardware and cabinet hardware installation
- Flooring installation (LVP and tile preferred)
- Reading blueprints and project plans
- Minor cabinetry repairs and installations
- Working independently and managing punch-list items
- Customer-facing communication and professionalism
- Experienced in restoration, remodeling, maintenance, or commercial interiors
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling to multiple job sites throughout the Twin Cities
