Earn up to $3,650 to $4,380+ / Week, Split, Based on Experience

Earn up to $182,500 to $219,000 Annually, Split, Based on Experience

Plus Earn up to 5 cents / mile in Bonus Pay Each Calendar Month, Split Between the Team:

A minimum 20,000 miles + one cpm

A minimum 22,000 miles + two cpm

A minimum 24,000 miles + three cpm

No preventable accidents or compliance violations + one cpm

Fuel bonus for meeting minimum efficiency score + one cpm

25% increase in bonus amount earned upon reaching 1-year of tenure

5% increase each year in bonus amount earned to a cap at 7% at year ten

Dry van operation serving 60+ contract customers who ship products in constant high demand

Our truckload freight includes beverage, dry food, paper, retail, and building materials

Run WA, MT, OR, ID, UT, NV, CA, AZ and TX

Lots of drop and hook loads, all 100% no-touch - very Driver friendly

Terminals in Pacific, WA, Albany, OR, Lathrop CA, Phoenix, AZ

Multiple drop yards in WA, OR, CA, NV and UT for breaks and to help keep you rolling

Weekly pay with Direct Deposit

Per Diem option available

Home every 10 to 14 days

Assigned trucks, all are 3-years old or newer

CDL-A Driver Hiring Qualifications:

Hiring in WA, MT, OR, ID. CA, UT, Phoenix, AZ, DFW, Houston and San Antonio, TX

Have a valid CDL-A

1-year CDL-A driving experience within 36 months

Be 21 Years of age or older

Pass a DOT-required drug screen
