What You’ll Do: Your Daily Grind As a Barista at GOOD PEOPLE, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping to create a warm and inviting environment for every guest. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience is top-notch.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and the customer seating area.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.
We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of professionalism, energy, and a love for coffee. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a café, coffee shop, or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and coworkers.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy times.
- A commitment to punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to continually learn and improve your craft.
