Make an immediate impact supporting K-12 students as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant on a full-time contract assignment. This school-based opportunity offers a dynamic, itinerant schedule—work across multiple educational sites, providing vital services where they're needed most. Your expertise will help students develop mobility, access their educational environment, and achieve their personal goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or open to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) with active state credentials
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt services for students across K-12 age groups
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with travel between sites
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educational staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• For PTs: conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to establish therapy plans, participate in case management, and continuously monitor student progress
• For PTAs: provide direct therapy services under the supervision and guidance of a licensed PT
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team—including educators, administrators, and families—to develop strategies that maximize student potential
• Document services and student progress in compliance with school and district policies
• Support students across multiple campuses, adjusting to diverse learning environments
