This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp eye for the metrics that matter. If you can turn a media budget into meaningful growth and actionable insight, this is your chance to help brands scale smarter. Responsibilities: Develop and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Test creatives, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify top performers Analyze campaign performance and make real-time optimizations and strategic recommendations Lead media planning, forecasting, and cross-channel budget allocation Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to iterate on winning formulas Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution Strong grasp of paid media KPIs: CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic DSPs Skilled in media planning tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets Bonus: Experience managing six-figure budgets or working in agency environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Rempli Co
