About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee its day-to-day activities and play a pivotal role in the implementation of strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct daily operations, leading and supporting a high-performing team, and developing relationships with site-level teams. Key responsibilities include aligning site-level goals with trial and growth targets, incorporating KPIs into the operating package, and standardizing site policies and procedures. The VP of Ops will also be involved in budget development, enterprise-wide initiatives, and supporting the business development team in key customer relationships. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' executive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations, with a preference for those in the site management industry or pharmaceutical services. The role requires a strong execution orientation, the ability to create and implement strategic plans, and a proven track record in developing and mentoring direct reports. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in private equity-backed companies is a positive, but not a requirement. The role also involves significant travel to site locations, with an expectation of over 50%.
