Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet P.C. has an opening for a detail-oriented, experienced litigation paralegal/legal assistant to join our team!

Requirements/Qualifications

• MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE with civil litigation; construction litigation experience a plus.
• MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE providing legal assistance and administrative support to multiple attorneys.
• High level of efficiency with MSWord.
• High level of efficiency with Excel preferred.
• High level of efficiency with PDF Software.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on paralegal/legal assistant experience.
• Excellent references.
• Your salary requirement should be commensurate with your years of experience.
• Competencies include excellent and effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; prioritizing, managing, and following through on multiple projects; excellent attention to detail and reasoning, and day-to-day decision-making skills; adaptability; understanding of general legal rules of ethical behavior; ability to work with little supervision; and overall professionalism. Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 per year DOE
