We believe that great care begins with great people. That's why we're looking for a Training & Development Coordinator who is passionate about helping employees learn, grow, and succeed. This position plays a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating training programs, supporting compliance, and helping build a positive workplace culture across our residential and behavioral health programs. What You'll Do Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding Teach CPR and First Aid courses Facilitate Crisis Intervention training and recertification Facilitate Darkness to Light child abuse prevention training Conduct documentation and compliance training Track employee training and certification requirements Maintain training records and compliance reports Support competency evaluations and workforce development Assist with leadership development initiatives Promote a culture of learning, growth, and accountability What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Experience delivering training and facilitating groups Strong communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and computer skills Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, child welfare, education, or human services preferred Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred Bonus Qualifications Experience as a: Crisis Intervention Instructor CPR/First Aid Instructor Darkness to Light Facilitator Corporate Trainer Workforce Development Specialist Learning & Development Professional What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will: Create engaging learning experiences Help employees feel confident and prepared Maintain strong training compliance across the organization Support employee growth and development Why Anderson?
