Forklift / Lift Driver | $18.00 per hour | 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• Competitive Pay of $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Overtime: As needed until 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Location: Mebane, NC

Job Description

An established manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Forklift / Lift Driver to support its warehouse operations. In this role, you will operate a forklift, load and unload trucks, move materials throughout the facility, and maintain organized inventory. You will also support general warehouse functions and cross-train as needed within a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and committed to strong attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift and wrap machine while following all safety procedures
• Load and unload trucks and move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Put away, retrieve, and organize materials within warehouse racking and storage areas
• Assist with general warehouse duties and cross-train in additional functions as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while accurately reporting time

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to lift, move, and manipulate materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic ability to speak, read, and write English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable attendance, professional workplace behavior, and willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply

The base pay range for this position is $18, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
