We are looking for an energetic, reliable line cook to join our culinary team and grow with us.

• Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.

• Food Execution: Prep, cook and plate menu items accurately according to established recipes.

• Speed & Quality: Manage multi-ticket timing efficiently during high-volume peak hours.

• Food Safety: Adhere strictly to local health department sanitation and food handling guidelines.

• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace and assist with end-of-shift kitchen breakdowns. 

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of kitchen or line cook experience.

• Technical Skills: Strong knife skills and proficiency with grills, fryers, and sauté stations.

• Pace: Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized under intense kitchen pressure.

• Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a positive, cooperative attitude.

• Schedule: Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.

• Capable of safely lifting and moving kitchen items up to 50 pounds.
